First, fill the booth application from, and send back to the organizer ASAP.
Second, the organizer will help the exhibitor to select suitable location, the organizer will issue the invoice to the exhibitors.
Third, the exhibitors are asked to finish the payment within the prescribed date.
Fourth, the organizer will send the exhibitors' manual to the exhibitor.
Fifth, the exhibitor will arrange the exhibits forwarding, hotel reservation, etc.
